Vitamin

Magnesium is a water-soluble mineral that is involved in some 600 enzymatic reactions and cellular processes, essential for energy production.
It cannot be synthesized by the body and is easily eliminated.
It is estimated that 70% of the population suffers from magnesium insufficiency or deficiency.
Stress and anxiety considerably increase magnesium requirements. The magnesium content of foods is fragile and greatly reduced
by cooking. The best source of magnesium is oral supplementation. Half of the body's magnesium is concentrated in bones and teeth. It is therefore essential for the formation and maintenance of normal bones and healthy teeth . The rest of the body's magnesium is found in muscles, liver and soft tissues. It is therefore an important molecule in muscular reactions and physical recovery.

Magnesium has powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also involved in the transformation of vitamin D into its active form (cholecalciferol) (link to vit D page) .

Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin known as "essential" because, like magnesium, it can neither be synthesized nor stored by the body.
It is involved in numerous reactions linked to amino acid and protein metabolism. Like most B vitamins, vitamin B6 is essential for energy production.
It plays a crucial role in the synthesis of certain antibodies and neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin and melatonin (link to melatonin page), the hormones responsible for relaxation and recovery. Combined with magnesium, it enhances its absorption and reinforces its action on the nervous system.

Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of young children.
In case of medical treatment, consult your therapist.
Keep away from heat, in a clean, dry place.

Contraindications: Taking magnesium is not recommended for people suffering from kidney failure.
